Mandate (Representative) Agreement
- – Drafting of Representative Agreement (English–Khmer)
– Review identification documents of the Principal and the Agent;
– Review relevant documents related to the intended agency arrangement;
– Conduct legal research and draft/revise the Representative Agreement in English and Khmer;
– Provide legal advice and assist in negotiation of legal terms where necessary;
– Arrange execution with lawyer’s authentication/stamp (if required);
– Prepare supporting documents related to the agency arrangement (if required);
– File and securely retain a copy of the executed Agreement at the Firm’s office.

Terms & Conditions
The Representative Agreement gives the client 100% ownership of the property/business anywhere in Cambodia.
Our Khmer Agent is not responsible for any illegal activities conducted on, or related to, the property/business.
The client must pay all property taxes and government fees related to the property/business.
The client must meet our Agent at our Attorney’s office in Siem Reap, Khmer Mekong Law Group, to finalize and pay for the Representative Agreement.
The client must pay the Annual Retainer and any Travel Expenses within Cambodia for our Agent if her signature is needed.
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in termination of the Representative Agreement.
*There are currently only 2 ways a foreign national can fully own land or property in Cambodia:
- – Cambodian citizenship by investment (Price: USD 250,000)
- – Representative Agreement with Khmer Agent (Price: USD 1,000)
